GOE served as the Main Designer for the OMC Filyos project, bringing expertise in shipyard and offshore projects to develop a comprehensive, tailored design. Tasked with delivering an efficient, innovative and practical solution, we created a one-stop-shop design to address the specific challenges of SPS projects in the Black Sea region.
A One-Stop Solution for SPS Projects
At the heart of this project is the OTC Maintenance Center, a state-of-the-art facility designed for the maintenance and repair of advanced drillship equipment. The complex includes multiple specialized buildings, featuring:
- A large-scale workshop equipped with specialized maintenance and repair facilities.
- High-capacity cranes, a testing pool, and advanced engineering workstations.
- Dedicated office spaces, warehouses, and anti-corrosion application areas.

This facility was designed with direct input from engineers who understand the operational demands of offshore maintenance. Many of the experts involved in the design process are now benefiting from its practical and efficient layout.
