{"id":1726,"date":"2026-02-16T13:20:24","date_gmt":"2026-02-16T12:20:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/goe-group.com\/?post_type=vacancies&#038;p=1726"},"modified":"2026-02-16T14:25:13","modified_gmt":"2026-02-16T13:25:13","slug":"marine-team-lead","status":"publish","type":"vacancies","link":"https:\/\/goe-group.com\/hr\/vacancies\/marine-team-lead\/","title":{"rendered":"MARINE TEAM LEAD"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job description<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ongoing assessment of the technicians to ensure that GOE has the correct attitudes and skill sets within the workforce to ensure a safe and efficient start up<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that all lifting related items are appropriately tested and certified and compilation of lifting register.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working with the operations technicians to progress through the competency program including on site walk throughs and demonstrations of competency which will require to be documented.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Active participation in the HSEQ monitoring programs and highlighting of potential risk areas to GOE.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finalisation, delivery and organisation of ORA output so that it is fit for purpose and available in the right areas at the right times.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On site reviews of the equipment maintainability and assessment of equipment handling solutions to make sure that they are fit for purpose.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitoring of core crew members off shift behaviours to ensure that GOE get best value of working time periods.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participation in ensuring that preservation activities are completed to a high standard to make sure that equipment is ready to operate when on location with minimal delay<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working onsite with security contractor to make sure that procedures are understood and that security requirements are being met and understand where this impacts on operational efficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carry out ER walkthroughs onboard facility to ensure that ERPs are accurate, well understood and adapted where required to ensure that they are robust and as accurate as possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in operational HSEQ activities to make sure that risks are understood and controlled to highest level possible,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate and actively encourage fostering of a ONE TEAM approach for the O&amp;M crew and the third-party contractor\u2019s staff that will be part of the core team make up.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Co-ordination of all marine activity associated with the project, excluding shuttle tankers, supply boats, tugs, standby vessels, DSVs, ROVs and NITROX diving operations for which GOE or an GOE contractor are responsible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liaison with GOE or appropriate GOE contractor on shuttle tankers, supply boats, tugs, standby vessels, DSVs, ROVs and NITROX diving operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Management of performance standards and procedures against position.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interfacing with GOE Engineering and Construction Groups to provide best fit solutions and early maintainability input into designs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensuring accurate and timely response and closure to all verification and actions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Location<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Singapore<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>T\u00fcrkiye<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Contract duration:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>One year<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Start<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As soon as possible<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"template":"","location":[41,214],"department":[91],"class_list":["post-1726","vacancies","type-vacancies","status-publish","hentry","location-offshore","location-on-site","department-crewing"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.4 -
