{"id":1729,"date":"2026-02-16T13:34:25","date_gmt":"2026-02-16T12:34:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/goe-group.com\/?post_type=vacancies&#038;p=1729"},"modified":"2026-02-16T13:34:34","modified_gmt":"2026-02-16T12:34:34","slug":"lead-electrical-technician","status":"publish","type":"vacancies","link":"https:\/\/goe-group.com\/hr\/vacancies\/lead-electrical-technician\/","title":{"rendered":"LEAD ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job description<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reporting to on shift ELT<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conducts and reviews the results of tests run in control room and ensure their reliability and accuracy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensures the installation, calibration and testing of platform electrical systems is conducted in accordance with company requirements and any statutory guidelines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Embedding GOE values and culture into the team and identifying any areas that are deficient so that alterations and improvements can be made.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Put forward suggestions and develop modification requests as necessary to improve plant\/equipment efficiency\/safety operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintaining all electrical equipment and systems controlling and supporting the FPU Process and Utility systems, Fire protection \/ extinguishing and appropriate Electrical Emergency Shutdown systems in a safe and competent manner\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare equipment for maintenance activity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactively contribute to delivery against HSE plans and improvement objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support for the transition to GOE safe systems of work at sail away to ensure that GOE duty of care is fulfilled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain effective communication with Supervisors and other work groups.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working within the statutory Health and Safety Procedures and the Permit-to-Work system<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implementing planned and corrective maintenance on all Electrical \/ production equipment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sound knowledge of plant operation, maintenance and computerised maintenance systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in PTW training for assurance that all personnel are competent with system requirements.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Safety related equipment is supplied and installed correctly with any deficiencies identified as early as possible to allow timely rectification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Operate and carry out first line maintenance activities as directed by relevant Team Lead on the process and utilities plant in a safe and efficient manner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintains good housekeeping conditions in workshop and work sites.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure effective systems are maintained for the identification, assessment, and control of significant environmental risks at site.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct major services, overhauls, and intrusive maintenance on FPU equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct MV &amp; LV switching and isolations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct fault finding and diagnostic checks on all platform equipment, ensuring any repairs are addressed promptly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct inspections on all portable equipment and complete relevant paperwork.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure critical spares are available and any discrepancies are addressed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide technical instruction and guidance to ad hoc personnel and new team members.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in HSEQ activities to make sure that risks are understood and controlled to highest level possible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Location<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Singapore<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>T\u00fcrkiye<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Contract duration:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>One year<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Start<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As soon as possible<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"template":"","location":[41,214],"department":[91],"class_list":["post-1729","vacancies","type-vacancies","status-publish","hentry","location-offshore","location-on-site","department-crewing"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.4 -
