This year, we proudly supported the “Spectrum of Philanthropy” project of the Spektar Association, whose mission includes providing support to families and children with developmental disabilities. Our donation enabled the employment of two professional associates: an educational rehabilitator and an associate for project planning, writing and finance.
With her knowledge and skills, the educational rehabilitator provides invaluable help to parents of children with speech delays, using innovative methods such as picture cards and communication applications. This facilitates everyday communication and contributes to a better quality of family life. In addition to individual work, workshops were organized for children and parents and an unforgettable trip to the island of Brač. The trip provided the children with the opportunity to play and socialize in a natural environment, which is crucial for their development and emotional well-being.
Thanks to the hiring of an associate for project planning, writing and finance, the Spektar Association has significantly improved the project application process. Four new project proposals were created in a short time, and her contribution to financial planning and organization increased the efficiency of the entire team.
With the engagement of these professional associates, the Spektar Association can register a larger number of projects, which opens up new opportunities for expanding services and involving a larger number of users in activities.
