This is an OIM role, with responsibility for offshore operations, leadership, safety and overall operational performance.

Requirements

University degree in Engineering in Marine, Mechanical or Electrical
FPSO/FPU experience is essential
Ideally 20+ years of Oil & Gas experience, particularly offshore across FPSO/FPU/FSO operations
Minimum 5 years’ experience specifically in an OIM position
Strong leadership under pressure, decisive and confident communicator
In-depth knowledge of Class/Flag rules, IMO regulations, and FPU Safety Case requirements where applicable
