Job description

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance plan that aligns with project objectives and timelines
  • Schedule routine and preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure continuous of project plans and operations
  • Lead and manage the maintenance team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure effective performance
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to assess their condition and identify maintenance needs
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate and address any technical issues related to equipment
  • Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies
  • Conduct safety audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
  • Work closely with production, engineering, and commissioning teams to coordinate maintenance activities with operational needs
  • Assist in the preparation and management of the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources
