Job description

Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet project objectives and targets
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections, addressing any safety concerns promptly
Lead and manage the production team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance
Work closely with the engineering, commissioning, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless integration of operations
Collaborate with the Pre-Operation Manager to ensure all readiness criteria are met before commencing production
Identify and troubleshoot production-related issues, coordinating with technical teams to implement solutions
